Easy LLC Tracker is a web-based tool that helps small business owners and LLC owners track their finances, jobs, invoices, and business activities. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • You must be 18 or older to use this service.
  • One person per account.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Your Data

  • You own all the data you enter.
  • We store it securely on your behalf using Supabase.
  • We never sell your data.
  • We never share your data with anyone.
  • We never access your data unless you specifically ask us to for support purposes.
  • You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the Settings page.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Monthly plan is billed every 30 days at $8.00.
  • Yearly plan is billed once per year at $60.00.
  • Trial accounts get 30 days free with no credit card required.
  • Lifetime accounts are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
  • We do not offer refunds on partial subscription periods.
  • You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your paid period.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. What We Are Not

  • We are not accountants or CPAs.
  • We are not financial advisors.
  • We are not tax professionals.
  • Any tax estimates shown in the app are rough estimates only and should never be used to file taxes without consulting a licensed tax professional.
  • We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information in this app.

6. Fair Use

  • Do not use this app for anything illegal.
  • Do not try to hack or abuse the system.
  • Do not share your account with others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

  • We do our best to keep the app running at all times.
  • We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
  • We may update or change features at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally.
  • We will notify users of major changes by email.
