- We do not collect your Social Security Number.
- We do not collect your bank account information.
- We do not collect payment card numbers (Stripe handles all payments and we never see your card details).
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide the app features you use.
- To send important account emails like password resets and subscription notices.
- To respond to support requests if you contact us.
5. How We Store Your Data
- All data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption.
- Files you upload like receipts and documents are stored in secure private storage buckets.
- Only you can access your data through your account.
- We use Row Level Security so your data is completely separate from other users.
6. Who We Share Data With
- Supabase: stores your data (supabase.com).
- Stripe: processes payments (stripe.com). They never see your business data, only payment info.
- Nobody else. Ever.
7. Your Rights
- You can view all your data inside the app at any time.
- You can export your data using the Export Data feature in Settings.
- You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings.
- You can request we delete your data by emailing [email protected] and we will do so within 30 days.
8. Cookies
- We use minimal cookies only to keep you logged in.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
9. Children
- This app is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.
- We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy occasionally.
- We will notify users of major changes by email.
